Wardogs Frontline
Every match you play moves the front.
A season-long war built to plug into WARDOGS: the matches people already play decide who holds each sector of a shared map.

How the war works.
- 01
Vote.
Each faction votes on which neighbouring enemy sector to attack. The sector with the most votes becomes the target.
- 02
Fight.
The attack opens a battle. Every match played while it lasts gives points: 3 for first place, 2 for second and 1 for third.
- 03
Hold the sector.
When the battle ends, the side with more points keeps the sector. Ties go to the defender. Then the faction votes again.

Angular
Server-side rendered (SSR) and translated into English and Spanish.
Cloud Functions
TypeScript functions: Steam sign-in, advancing the war and simulating the demo.
packages/core
The war, match and identity logic, split into domain, application and ports.
Firestore
Clients only read. Rules tested against the Firebase emulators.
Built to production standards.
- 01
Clients only read. Every write goes through server functions with App Check, validation, authorization and rate limits, and the database rules are tested.
- 02
Over 200 automated tests, including the database rules and the server functions running against the Firebase emulators.
- 03
Designed for cost: the whole map is a single document and every live query has a limit.
- 04
Accessible (factions are told apart by texture as well as color) and translated, English first.
- 05
